At this time, the coolers along the cook line are not approved for use, all foods must be removed. A reinspection will occur in 48 hours. At that time if cooler is at proper temperature and reinspection score is passing this facility will be allowed to use coolers along cook line. (OK, cooler had gone down to correct temp)
